Again, there is no owl:Property, only rdf:Property or owl:ObjectProperty.
Again, if one refers to OWL (2) Full, then it is sufficient to make hasIRI an instance of owl:DatatypeProperty, because
rdf:Property is a super class of owl:DatatypeProperty.
