Last Call: Content Selection for Device Independence (DISelect) 1.0

The Device Independence Working Group released a Last Call Working Draft of Content Selection for Device Independence (DISelect) 1.0. DISelect supports the creation of Web sites that can be used from diverse devices. This document provides selection between versions of materials using only modest processing power.
