Topic: Specdev and "Typographic Unit" PR

Addison made a PR to fix the terminology in section 4 as discussed in last week's call. This change introduces the term 'typographic' unit and includes edits to examples. It also touches the truncation section, addressing another issue. Let's review.

Topic: I18N Glossary Options

We've been discussing whether to make our glossary normative as a whole or in part. Let's review options. Addison to provide a document.
