Updating AT Driver in advance of new implementation effort

We recently learned that some folks are preparing to implement AT Driver. This work likely justifies publishing a structural protocol change we have queued. We should review why we deferred publication of that change and determine whether it is now appropriate to move forward.

Understanding the risks behind delays in automation support for macOS releases

The Community Group has recently discussed how the automation system continues to lack support for macOS 15 despite its many months on the market. This is due to a known issue in GitHub's service. We should discuss the practical implications of this class of delay and prioritize our future work accordingly.
