It was the continuation of I18N ⇔ CSS from 20 December 2022 until 21 February 2023 (3 events).

It then continued as a new one, I18N ⇔ CSS on 23 May 2023.

A meeting between some members of the I18N and CSS working groups to discuss open issues. In our call of 2022-11-22 we agreed to hold these monthly on the ~third~fourth Tuesday @ 0700 UTC

@fantasai notes that this meeting is currently on the same day as the AC member meeting, leading to a loss of sleep. Assuming that folks are cool with the time and day of week, I'm moving to a week later each month. Please object loudly if this does not work for you.
