LogValidator 1.3.1 has been released
Part of Tools
LogValidator is a perl open source tool which performs step-by-step log analysis and quality checking for web sites.
Olivier Théreaux has released maintenance version (1.3.1) removing the dependency on the SOAP::Lite module. Automatic installation through CPAN is broken at the moment.
LogValidator has a modular architecture. You can create your own module for checking and maintaining the quality of your Web site. Your module contributions are welcome. Contact us.
<p>I think that LogValidator is very interesting open source packet. We Develop and Design Web Sites and ERP Software Systems and I would like to try LogValidator. Unfortunately, I can find web page for LogValidator. I think the link (to LogValidator) is broken.</p>
<p>Hi Hristo,</p><p>The link to the logvalidator seems to work for me. If you wish to download the latest release, try <a href="http://search.cpan.org/dist/W3C-LogValidator/" rel="nofollow">the LogValidator CPAN page</a>.</p><p>Thanks!</p>
<p>Salut Olivier,</p><p>Thank you very much for your hint with the CPAN homepage. I was also interested in LogValidator and could not get in on the W3C homepage. Always get the following error message: </p><p>Not Acceptable</p><p>An appropriate representation of the requested resource /QA/Tools/LogValidator/ could not be found on this server.</p><p>Available variants:<br />Overview.html.en , type text/html, language en, charset utf-8<br />Overview.html.it , type text/html, language it, charset utf-8</p><p>Regards <br />Gina</p>
