Participants
Attendance is limited to participants of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative
(WAI) User Agent Working Group (UA WG) who have pre-registered for the
meeting. Participants must also have prepared for the meeting by reading
background materials listed below.
It will be a two day technical meeting discussing only the User Agent
Guidelines and will be an important step in the process of creating a Proposed
Recommendation for the W3C. There will be no other W3C WAI working group
meeting at this time. The Closing the Gap (CTG) Conference was chosen to
assist in bringing assistive technology developers into the UA guideline
process.

W3C/WAI has reserved a block of guest/sleeping rooms at the Hotel Sofitel,
where the WAI UA WG meeting will be held, for the nights of Saturday October
24, Sunday October 25, and Monday October 26. The cut-off date
