- The Sofitel Royal Casino requires an advance payment equal to three nights payable by to guarantee space. This deposit is non refundable.

- There will be no cancellation fee for rooms released before 20 January. For later concellations, deposit will be non refundable.

- Cut off date for W3C block booking is the 20 January 2003. From 21st January 2004 onwards, guest rooms and the room negotiated rate will be offered subject to availability.

- Prices quoted include VAT government taxes at the present rate. Should these rates alter, the Sofitel Royal Casino reserves the right to adjust the prices.
