Running Universal Monitoring
Internet today are script-driven, dynamical web pages. It is
most important that the monitoring engine processes all web
techniques so that all content if proofed of someones legal
ownership.
The monitoring splits the data into streams of image, audio and
other data. E.g. images are reduced to pattern vectors and
stored in connection with their locations into a pattern
database.
The owners sample vector is counterchecked against the patterns
in the database thereby enabling the reverse detection of the
object usage and distribution.
The recognition and notification is working for identical and
even modified content. This is especially required for
manipulated objects.
